National Women's Network

At the Disabled Peoples' International North America and the Caribbean Inc. (DPI NAC) Biennial Regional Council Meeting on August 19-20, 2017 in St. John's, Antigua, the DPI NAC Regional Council adopted the National Women's Networks (NWNs) Modus Operandi to guide the formation and functioning of National Women's Networks (NWNs) in DPI NAC Inc. Member Organizations.

Also, the DPI NAC Regional Council ratified the amendment of By-Law 25 to facilitate the formation of National Women's Networks (NWNs), and By-Laws 14 and 15 to facilitate the election of a Regional Coordinator of National Women's Networks (NWNs) to the Board of Directors. The amended By-Law 21 defines the role of a woman with disabilities on the Board of Directors. To date, no Member Organization announced the formation of a NWN.
